the royal crescent facades, bath
In conjunction with Harrison Brookes Architects and The Royal Crescent Society we carried out the sympathetic cleaning and restoration of the facades of numbers 25 to 30 The Royal Crescent.
This involved careful cleaning of the Bath ashlar stonework, removal of damaging sulphates along with essential repairs to the detailed stonemasonry and the replacement of failed volutes.
The project was staged and managed with careful consideration to the residents and general public alike to ensure this iconic landmark remained a popular tourist destination throughout.
